$75/hour non-refundable studio fee to reserve studio space. Minimum of two hours required.
Please keep in mind, in reserving your studio time, this time is held exclusively for you. If your reservation is not canceled within the 48 hour cancellation period, your fee can not be refunded.
- Please do not remove any of the lighting equipment from the boom arms.
- Please do not change light modifiers without the assistance or approval of the studio assistant.
- The studio must be left in the same condition as they were when you arrived.
- Damages to equipment and premises are 100% your responsibility and must be settled after rental period, at market value.
- Use of studio & equipment is at your own risk. By renting as such, you waive any rights to seek legal justification for any mishaps, accidents, and/loss related to you or your photo clients actions while on studio premises. Neither myself, nor the studio will be held responsible for any accident or injury caused by you or any member of your party whilst using the studio facilities
